 TeleHealth

TeleHealth refers to healthcare provided remotely by means of telecommunication technology.

TeleHealth services is now covered for members and their eligible dependents. This benefit is not limited to COVID-19 related services. LiveHealthOnline is the in network Blue Cross option. For instructions on how to register for LiveHealthOnline please click here. TeleDoc is also covered, but may be out of network and a deductible may apply. All TeleHealth coverage is subject to plan guidelines, and a copayment will apply to in network non COVID-19 related TeleHealth services.

Members can see their Retirement Eligibility, Pension benefits, Annuity fund details, Medical, Dental and Disability claim status inquiry for them & dependents. Dependents of members are allowed to inquire the status of only the claims posted for them...
